Harf: verb (intransitive). To spew patently untrue nonsense to the masses for the express purpose of snookering┬áthe rubes and the gullible in the masses. To lie to the public for political gain. See: Obamaphile. Example: “When faced with the formerly docile press corps, he harfed like a bugger and then steadfastly avoided saying anything of substance that went against the official narrative.”
