Harf: verb (intransitive). To spew patently untrue nonsense to the masses for the express purpose of snookering the rubes and the gullible in the masses. To lie to the public for political gain. See: Obamaphile. Example: “When faced with the formerly docile press corps, he harfed like a bugger and then steadfastly avoided saying anything of substance that went against the official narrative.”
