Sometimes you aren’t paranoid–they really are out to get you. The obvious and clear facts are turning even hard leftists.

So when are we going to get an honest media?

And I think this IRS scandal will eventually end with people going to jail (there are those who certainly deserve it), though it will take a long time. But the real victims (apart from the public, natch) may well be gun control and immigration legislation. These are based purely on trust. Obama has really soiled himself this time. I’m sure he’ll stay out of jail and will most likely stay in office. Yeah, he will again avoid what he so richly deserves.

The Benghazi and AP problems hurt because they are merely further proofs of untrustworthiness.

As for the old trope that a gun actually makes you less safe and they make shoot yourself or something you love, that is simply untrue. It’s an old wives’ tale that doesn’t hold up to the data. I know it is cherished Pablum from the left, but it still is not at all true. What nonsense! Look at the freakin’ stats!

I was once asked why I posted all the stuff about guns helping people, when it is common that people shoot their own kids or themselves if they have a gun in the home. I said “Uh, because is not true?” Yeah, that’s why… The questionner was a victim of “the old Jedi mind trick.” Still might be, but I sure hope not.

I can’t tell you how irritated that makes me. Maybe it’s after going there a certain number of times I get that, but I’m just guessing. Anyway, I hate it!

those on the left and those with the lefty leanings refer to others as “gun nuts.” It’s derisive and haughty. It is a strange combination (endemic to the left) of arrogance, smarter-than-thou narcissism, and foolishness. If the IRS scandal has taught us anything, it is that the “gun nuts” were right after all these years of empty-headed mocking, and there is good reason to fear the government. Even hardcore lefties are admitting it. Those who argue otherwise are fools and should be just disregarded as idiots.

Don’t fall into this trap. Don’t show yourself to be utterly foolish. IQ is not the issue here, it is judgment. And the American people (as a whole) have shown themselves to be sorely lacking in this area. I have no problem with saying, “I don’t agree” and then saying why. I have a real problem with saying, “you are not worth listening to.”

So clean out your own drawers before you go about casting aspersions on others.
