VDH. Don’t kid yourself–CA is in a pile of crap now (from which they won’t likely ever escape–people are already fleeing the state and for good reason). But the problem is systemic. There will be a separation of those who are willing to be prudent and those who aren’t, and each of us will have to choose the side we are on. For a long time one has been able (at least theoretically) to be prudent in an imprudent place. I’m not so sure that this will be the case forever.
