Because to honestly negotiate means, by definition,”Biden” does not get everything he wants–some things are given up in negotiation. BOTH sides give up some things in order to get others.
I just don’t think “Biden” is characterologically equipped to do that. And THAT is why there will be a default. These people are too rigid to actually negotiate. It’s what “he” wants or nothing…
Additionally, some part of the Democrat loosely-held-together coalition will revolt if they don’t get exactly what they want. And Biden simply can’t afford that…
