But I would be shocked and astounded if Joe did not give his son a pardon or at least a commutation. Probably a commutation. I think it is extremely unlikely that Hunter spends a single day in prison.
But one very real possibility is that Joe gives Hunter a commutation. A probability, really. That way Hunter still never goes to jail and Joe can pretend that he kept his word. And it’s not like Hunter gives a crap that there would be a felony conviction on his record!
