This is a clear abuse of the pardon power. Such a power works fine when wielded by a reasonably moral person. It simply won’t work, otherwise.
Joe Biden is not anywhere close to being a moral person. And his immorality threatens the plenary pardon power itself. SCOTUS is going to have to get involved, and there probably needs to be a new amendment to the Constitution, now.
