who is now the leader of the Democrats? As an outsider, there is no one that is obvious that I can see. I mean, I have no doubt that someone will fill the void. But it is not at all clear right now who that someone will be.
The Washington Examiner’s Byron York argued the Democratic Party has a serious dilemma facing it going into 2025, specifically how it does not have anyone of the same caliber as Donald Trump to oppose the incoming president’s agenda.
Obama has been famously bad at bringing up new talent (he can’t tolerate success in others). And Joe Biden was busy trying to figure out all those oatmeal flavors…
So that means that there is no obvious Democrat successor in the wings.
