Look, Hispanics

are not morons, and Democrats had bet the farm that they were. And given the modern democrats, Hispanics are not even a good fit.

I think this shows an amazing level of tone-deafness from the leaders on the Left.

Democratic strategist Jefrey Pollock was aghast when speaking with Hispanic voters from South Texas. Sitting in on focus groups, these voters would sound like cranky white guys from red states on immigration. The old assumptions Democrats held about certain voter groups got obliterated this election cycle: Hispanic voters shifted more toward the GOP and Trump, and women voters weren’t energized at all by Kamala Harris, abortion, or the prospect of electing a female president. It’s a massive red flag that perhaps the electorate isn’t woke because most of us aren’t idiots.  

… The truth is that liberals cannot be shocked over these results. He’s been heavily criticized among progressive circles, but data scientist David Shor, a self-described lefty, has warned Democrats for years to steer clear of woke shenanigans and doubling-down on bad immigration ideas, like mass amnesty and pathways to citizenship, which even among Hispanic voters was never popular. He wanted Democrats to entrench themselves in areas where they had significant policy advantages over Republicans, namely health care. That didn’t happen, and now we have white left-wingers hoping Hispanics get deported because Trump won. 

I think that Lefties are often blinded by the white-hot religious intensity of their beliefs.

you expect anything less from “Biden?” He is a very vindictive fellow, and is cheered on (at least) by his wife. And he really has no allegiance to the United States. So yeah, he will do as much damage as possible on the way out the door. It’s who this guy IS. It’s who he has always been.

REALLY?

Do I have to lie say something nice about Carter? Well, I suppose his mother loved him. Probably.

Look, he spent decades being the worst President ever, and was only recently beaten by a nose for that “honor” by Joe Biden. So do I have to say something good about Carter or can I just be honest? Or silent?

A lot of people like to remember Carter fondly for the humanitarian work he did during his very long post-presidency. The awfulness of his tenure in the White House tends to get buried under all of the decades after it, or so the Democrats hope. 

… It’s the antisemitism that I remember more than Habitat for Humanity or any of the other fluffy post-presidency stuff. I’ve thought about it a lot while the Democrats have been turning blind eyes to all of the “Free Palestine” protests this past year. That’s Jimmy Carter’s legacy.

Please understand

that things really ARE changing!

I think a lot of people are coming to realize that Leftism rests on a bed of lies–that it is all hat and no cattle. Yes, global events have driven the point home, but it is that someone has yelled out the truth and people are realizing that the modern Lefty emperor truly has no clothes.

Economic uncertainty, record immigration, and political fatigue are driving a global political shift to the right, with populist and conservative parties gaining momentum across North America and Europe, The Wall Street Journal reported.

… Across Europe and Canada, voters increasingly turn to right-leaning parties.

And Democrats need to be VERY careful!

“It’s a broad shift that goes across countries,” said Ruy Teixeira of the American Enterprise Institute. “Working-class people are just pissed off — about immigration, about all the culture war stuff, and the relatively poor economic performance that has shaped the working-class experience in the 21st century.”

candy-coat just what an abysmal failure the Biden administration was. Be honest–it was horrific. Yes, I know Democrats dishonestly and self-servingly want to continue to gaslight you and pretend it wasn’t really all that bad. But it was–they are lying.

“Look, I think he’s going to leave office in disgrace. The Hunter Biden pardon was disgraceful,” he said. “He’s going to be remembered largely for inflation and for the disastrous Afghanistan pullout. And I think as we continue to—we’re just getting the first draft of this now.”

Jennings continued, “But as we continue to learn about the massive cover-up that went on, not about his health, but about his mental acuity, to cover that up, the efforts that were undertaken by the White House staff, by his family, not in the last couple of months, but for all four years, I think it’s going to be a really ugly chapter.”

He concluded, “It’s a diminished presidency because of it. And I think we still don’t know the full extent of what they did to try to hide what they have been doing over in the West Wing.

Yeah, Democrats, enjoy your poop with a candy coating!

Well, it’s not

exactly a shocker. But he lived long enough to see Joe Biden as the worst President in living memory, so that’s a plus!

He endured more than four decades of being described as a failed president. However, many of his ideas were revived under President Joe Biden, whose policies today arguably mirror those of the Carter administration.

Yup, two peas in a pod.

THOUGHT EXPERIMENT: Who are the worst two Presidents in living memory (and it’s not even close), and is it a coincidence that they are both Democrats?

Honestly, does anyone even care that he’s dead?

It’s true:

Democrats are having a hard time winning back the normies.

It’s no secret that Democrats now have to reassess their agenda if they want to win back mainstream voters, particularly working-class Americans. These voters, who make up the majority of the electorate, have increasingly become alienated by the party’s focus on identity politics and divisive rhetoric. 

… Despite these protests, the party’s obsession with identity politics continues to overshadow substantive policy discussions that might attract a broader coalition.

… Taken together, these actions and statements paint a picture of a party increasingly disconnected from the concerns and values of mainstream America. For many working-class voters, the current Democratic rhetoric feels “insane” or out of touch with their daily struggles. As the party’s leadership continues to push for divisive politics and alienate moderate voters, it risks further eroding its appeal to the very constituency it needs to win back in future elections.

If Democrats want to regain the trust of everyday Americans, they will need to reevaluate their focus on identity politics and refocus on issues that matter most to working-class voters. Until then, their struggles to win back the normies will only continue.

Brazilian authorities have halted construction of a BYD electric vehicle (EV) factory in Brazil’s Bahia state after rescuing 163 Chinese workers from what they described as “slavery-like conditions.” The workers were employed by Jinjiang Construction Brazil Ltd., a subcontractor hired to build the plant for the Chinese EV manufacturer.
