Not “dumb” as in low IQ (though whoever did this is certainly in no danger of being mistaken for Einstein), but “dumb” as in piss-poor judgment.
Let’s face it: Academia is a cesspool. VERY few people with an even slightly different viewpoint from the hard Left (if expressed) will be fired or not hired in the first place. Credentials and competence mean little in comparison to Lefty subservience!
