To me it is no surprise that young people are excited about Trump. They have dreams for the future, too. And those dreams were being crushed by the Left. They would like to have a home and a family, and a car, even. They didn’t want to have to wear a mask everywhere and live in an unfree, dystopian society. Yet that is what Democrats have offered. It is what they have worked for. You trade your freedom and even your moral agency for safety. Yep, that is the deal that Democrats are offering.
What Trump is offering is the American dream being made possible, even with all the attendant risk. No wonder young people flock to that!
