happy to see this. There is simply no reason at all for the ABA to have some sort of privileged position. And they are very hard Left and have skewed the process for years. So as far as I’m concerned the ABA can go hang.

And it’s been doing this since the 101st Congress. But Bondi has finally put an end to the ABA’s privileged access to information about judicial nominees, marking a significant victory for conservatives who have long criticized the organization’s obvious liberal bias.
