I’m not very happy to see it. I am. This really is not a good look for them.
Just months into the tenure of a new party leader, Ken Martin, the Democratic National Committee’s financial situation has grown so bleak that top officials have discussed whether they might need to borrow money this year to keep paying the bills.
Look, I don’t doubt for a second that the DNC will gain a lot of money between now and the midterms. And the New York Times article is simply a broad plea for more cash. And they will get it. This is a short-lived celebration for conservatives.
But I still lean back and enjoy it for now.
