Those questions do not invoke doctor-patient confidentiality. This is all just a scam. I’ve dealt with doctor-patient confidentiality for over 30 years, and I know very well that there is no confidentiality issue with those questions. None at all with the first question, and only a little by severely contorting yourself in terms of the second one!
He’s just trying to weasel out…
