I hate the video, because this guy only gets to the point right at the end of the video. It is very “click-baity.” But all you actually need to know is in the title. There is simply no legal ground to stand on. All one would incur is liability.
It is unfortunate. It was mis-handled. Bondi was a bit naive, and didn’t address the FACT that there was no chain of custody and that the evidence is to one extent or another corrupted. And we have no way of knowing what was corrupted and what wasn’t.
It’s like the New York Times. There are some nuggets of truth in there, but the problem is that you have no idea what is true and what isn’t. And there’s no way for you to discern that. You know the general pattern, but you don’t know the details.
And you can’t build a prosecution on that. And you will pay through the nose for besmirching the reputation of those who were accused and found not guilty.
