TOTAL sense to exclude illegal aliens from the census count that determines House seats. I mean, how would you even argue against that?
The only way you could is to assume some sort of de facto amnesty for illegal aliens. And that is just not a popular position. It is also not a wise one.
When some stranger breaks into my home and robs me, I don’t count them as an honored guest just because they came into my home! Let’s have a modicum of common sense here!
