See, Leftists most often have NO sense of humor at all. Oh, they may do things that make people laugh, all right but they are not inherently people of mirth. “Clapter,” of course, but their brand of humor is really thinly-veiled (though often clever) aggression. And that’s not actually funny. More smirk and smarter-than-thou Colbert-style superciliousness than belly laughs.
Conservatives, on the other hand, can be very much into in humor–even jokes about themselves, as long as the jokes are funny and clever. They can laugh at themselves–Leftists famously can’t. They just say, “There is no humor in Leftism, Comrade! Now face the wall…”
