A degenerative serial offender in Louisiana agreed to be physically and chemically castrated as part of a plea deal, after being charged with attempted first-degree rape of a child under the age of 13.
And there’s really not much question about his guilt:
McCartney was caught sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl, when a woman walked in on him “engaging in sexual contact” with her child, according to authorities — he was a Tier 3 sex offender in the state at the time, having been convicted of attempted aggravated rape in 2011, which followed a 2010 arrest for the aggravated rape of a 12-year-old, and a 2006 arrest on one count of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
MANY people think this human piece of excrement deserves worse–the death penalty. You know, like Japan does…
