Trump’s “ban” on flag burning is nothing of the sort. No one gives a crap if you go to your backyard and burn a flag! Knock yourself out.
What Trumps order actually says is that if you do it in an effort to provoke others, THAT is a problem. “Fightin’ words” (implied threats) are NOT protected speech!
“I think your shoes look stupid” is protected speech. “I’m gonna destroy everything you hold dear” isn’t.
