I mean, we pretty much knew it. But knowing it is one thing, and proving it in a court of law is a completely different thing. It is not an easy feat. But it very much appears that this was a RICO violation, and that’s a kind of thing they can get you put in prison for years.
I’m not getting my hopes up, and I’m not really all that optimistic that it will happen. But it’s still a big deal.
