The subpoena for Jordan’s records appears to be one of the first known ones in the Arctic Frost probe and was issued during a time when Jordan was serving as the top Republican on the Judiciary Committee, which conducts oversight of the DOJ. His role at the time is illustrative of Republicans’ sharp criticisms of the Arctic Frost subpoenas, as they claim the requests for Congress members’ phone records breached the separation of powers, including under the speech or debate clause.

Honestly, how could a judge go along with this? It’s just EVIL!

The moral dirt-bagginess of the Biden junta is just breathtaking. And many of us just don’t want to believe it.

Turley is right! It seemed like obvious common sense, but obvious common sense has not always ruled the day.

The professor continued, explaining that the Supreme Court might be instrumental in solving what has been a heated debate over the past six months: Whether federal judges should possess the authority to issue nationwide injunctions on the White House’s policies. “The court could very well say, ‘Enough. We’re not going to have individual judges now freezing the entire United States government on critical programs like this.’”

Well, SOMETHING’S

got to be done to reign in and these corrupt judges, and Chief Justice Roberts seems to be just sitting on his butt and not doing anything. So someone else has got to step up to the plate!

The Trump administration’s Department of Justice sued all 15 federal district court judges in Maryland this week over “an order that pauses any deportations under legal challenge in the state for 48 hours,” per the Washington Post.

Honestly, who the crap do these judges think they are?

“The complaint alleges that Chief Judge George L. Russell III of the U.S. District Court in Maryland issued an ‘unlawful, antidemocratic’ order in May that grants a two-day stay of deportation to any detainee in immigration custody who files a petition for habeas corpus, which is a lawsuit alleging wrongful detention,” noted the Post.

I tell you, the temptation is to tell them to go fish, and ignore them. Yes, Trump’s approach is almost for sure the right one, I understand that. But it sure is a temptation to tell these wacko and corrupt judges: “Kiss my butt!”

There is getting

to be more and more public opinion that Trump should just ignore the corrupt Lefty judiciary.

Trump has been a “good boy” and followed every court injunction. Still, I’m not sure how long that will last. But the fact that he has obeyed them so far only makes the public more angry at the mistreatment that he is getting. It has made the corruption quite obvious. And it’s obvious that he has tried to comply, in good faith.

So then, what should Trump do about this now or in the relatively near future? That is not clear to me. But this really cannot go on forever. The Executive is a coequal branch of government, and certain judges are far outstripping their authority.

The executive branch does not have to ask the judicial branch for permission for a lot of things. It has the authority to act on its own. And judges have totally destroyed that separation of powers.

John Roberts needs to step in and get a hold of things, here. Up until now, his inaction has been a big part of the problem. It’s time for him to put on his big-boy pants and clean up the mess. Or is he part of the problem?

But I’m really worried that a manifestly corrupt judiciary puts the entire Republic at risk. This is dangerous!
