The big cities are pretty much doomed, now. Dead men, walking.

Now don’t get me wrong. Humans will congregate in concentrations at times, but the necessity of living there in order to work there is over, except as absolutely required by the task!

When I lived in Boston, I took the subway/commuter rail over an hour each way getting to and from the teaching hospital where I was at. But who on earth would do that their whole life? I just did it for a 1-year post-doc fellowship! But I would never do it as my life’s work!

I remember sitting on the commuter rail one day looking around when the thought forcibly came into my head, “You’re not a lifer!” No, no I wasn’t…

Yeah, Unions are all well and good until it’s your ox thats gored! Right?

Leaked documents display Apple’s anti-union talking points to store leaders that it hopes will stamp out burgeoning retail worker unionization efforts.

Can’t you just hear the crap-eating Lefty voice in Apple’s missive?:

“The way we work now, we understand and appreciate that we’re all balancing our personal and work lives, and we try to make it work for you,” the document continues. “A rigid union contract that must be followed at all times would make that very difficult.”

I have tried to trust him. And Lindsey Graham 2.o was looking pretty good. I liked 2.0 pretty well.

But it was all a show.

And while he might say the right things once in a while in the future, I will now never trust him. He will, in actuality, always be Lindsey Graham 1.0 at heart. He is and always was a despicable RINO.

I am offended by him lying, his bald-faced dishonesty. I guess that is a definitional part of being a RINO (see: Mitt Romney).

It’s a shame. He coulda been a contendah…

The Thursday poll found that Biden’s approval rating is sitting at 38%, with 57% disapproval. Those numbers are down from March when Biden had a 39% approval and 54% disapproval. Monmouth also found that just 18% of Americans say the country is on the right track.

Let’s just say that those are NOT winning numbers. And unless Democrats find a way to cheat (and they indeed might), they are going to get TOTALLY creamed in November. Very much unlikely, but Republicans could get a 2/3 majority in both houses, sending “Biden” back to the land of misfit toys, and making him congressionally irrelevant.
