has quickly become “can’t miss” viewing. I never saw him when he was at Foxnews, but for me he certainly is not one to miss now.
This guy is freakin’ dangerous to Joe Biden. I dearly hope he has good security. Maybe, just maybe, Andrew Breitbart ALSO needed good security–at least better than he had…
What distinguishes fascism and communism is not specifically ideology so much as method: both are fundamentally socialist in nature, but fascism is defined by the merging of the corporate and political classes into an uber-class, with nominal control of the means of production remaining in the private sector; communism explicitly nationalizes the means of production.
… YouTube is a subsidiary of Alphabet (Google), and the Alphabet people (in both senses of the word here) are doing the Establishment’s bidding (or rather, their own class’ bidding since they are also Establishment).
New York Democrats, still seeking to constrain concealed carry as much possible in the wake of the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) striking down the New York proper cause requirement, are finalizing legislation to bar concealed carry in all businesses, save those which explicitly invite concealed carry on their premises.
us from a wildly unconstitutional “Biden” regime? We better hope! I mean, some judges are clearly “in the can” for Joe Biden and the Democrats, and rule accordingly. But maybe there are enough who will stand tall and defend our freedoms. I sure hope so.
I’m sorry, POTATUS, you fascist dementia patient, along with all your evil toadies – you’ve got the wrong “depends.” There are NONE when it comes to the freedom to speak my mind.

“Chairman Comer has been clear that anything short of producing the FD-1023 form to the House Oversight Committee is not compliance with his subpoena,” the statement continued. “This unclassified record contains pages of details that need to be investigated further by the House Oversight Committee.” [emphasis added]
Contempt of Congress…
The FBI is NOT in charge–they are to do what a proper authority tells them to do. We have a government that (is supposed to) be run by duly-elected officials, not unelected and power-mad bureaucrat lackeys!
the abomination known as Chevron Deference. What Chevron Deference says is that if Congress passes a law and doesn’t give the details of how it should be carried out (crappy law-making), the unelected bureaucrats in that agency can just decide on their own how it will be applied.
The idea is this: if the wording of a statute is ambiguous or does not specifically forbid something some executive branch agency would like to do in an area covered by the legislation, the agencies, president, and courts can assume the proposed rule must have been okay with Congress, or the legislature would have said so in the text of the statute.
So rules without representation. Huh. Doesn’t seem right to me!
President Joe Biden told reporters at the G-7 summit in Hiroshima, Japan that he has the authority to invoke the 14th Amendment to unilaterally raise the debt ceiling, his strongest comments to date on the subject.
Democrats in general have lost the ability for persuasive argument. It has atrophied. So now it is all about force. A Leftism resorting to force? Gee, what a shocker…
But I don’t think it will ultimately fly. If he tried, it would immediately be challenged, and any court appeal would without a doubt extend for months or years!
“It’s one more example of the president taking the constitutionally delegated authority of spending from the House of Representatives and trying to kind of aggregate it to the White House,” explained Cassidy.
