Epic fail Incompetence Political philosophy

Monday night showed

with great clarity why Democrats are afraid to debate.

It’s not just that the Democratic candidates out there are saddled with a toxic, Constitution-shredding lunatic in the White House, it’s also that this year’s field is perhaps one of the greatest collections of mediocrities in recent American political history. There’s a lot of talk about the Republicans running this year being extremists and a bunch of crazies (check out my latest “Worst of Times” column for more on that), but that’s just noise to cover for the fact that the Dems are running candidates who couldn’t lead in the best of times. The madness in the world right now requires some maverick personalities who haven’t been corrupted by being cogs in a political machine that’s breaking down.

Basically, they have no answer to objections. They really need to get out of the Lefty fever swamp echo chamber and defend their ideas. This “preaching to the choir” has rendered Leftists intellectually flabby and philosophically incompetent.

Yes, and it

sucks. But Leftist enviro-wacko governments make their own people suffer.

And American voters should take heed…

Yes, welcome to

the Biden Pleasure Dome. Hey fool, that’s your 401K that is in the toilet!

And if you voted for Biden, you freakin’ deserve it! Unfortunately, MANY of us don’t…

The bastardization

is the 17th amendment–the direct election of Senators. Actually, if there were ONE thing I would change about or system of government it would the this. And it wouldn’t even be close!

See, originally this was a four-part government. It was (ahem!) made up of four mutually-limiting parts:

The House of Representatives was the people’s house. The people directly elected Representatives. The term was for only TWO years, so as to give the people as much power to correct things as possible.

The Senate represented the state. Senators were chosen only indirectly by the people and the formal voting was, naturally, by the state congress. They did NOT represent the people directly, but were there to represent the state. And they therefore had a rotating 7-year term of office.

So they were a “check” on the House. And this represented the Founding Father’s strong desire to separate powers.

The President was also directly elected. For four years. He or she was kind of a “bridge” between the two congressional entities.

The Supreme Court (ideally) did not legislate at all, but merely reviewed the actions of the other governmental entities to make sure they adhered to the Constitution.

So a new law had to be acceptable to the people, to the states, be signed by the President, and be found Constitutional by the Supreme Court. Separation of powers.

The 17th amendment screwed that all up. NOW the House and the Senate were not structurally different at all! The States lost all representation. The Senate became just the House with longer terms and a tradition of the Filibuster.

It was a TOTAL mistake! And that’s not how it was originally (and wisely) set up. Our ancestors made a HUGE mistake in changing that!

LET’S REPEAL THE 17TH AMENDMENT!

Well really,

NOT a surprise at all! DUH!

It’s the Biden recession, plain and simple. Things were going fine and “Biden” 1) cheated to get elected and then once in office, 2) made a complete hash of things.

There has never been such a stark contrast between Leftism and Conservatism, and THAT’s why Lefties are having an absolute kitten right now. Because the difference is SO obvious now that anyone with greater than room-temperature IQ sees is. Oh, they may deny it for advertising purposes, but it is pretty dang obvious to anyone who has two brain cells to rub together for warmth!

The verdict: Leftism just SUCKS! The cogent reply to Leftism:

[Leftists], what you’ve just [done] is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever [seen]. At no point in your rambling, incoherent, [evil behavior] were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought [or action]. Everyone in this [country] is now dumber [and far worse off] for having [been involuntarily subjected] to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Has it dawned on you yet, Democrats? What have you done?

Yeah, ya think?

Look are you stupid? You’d think that there have been enough hoaxes that they would be careful. But no.
