THIS is what happens when you snuggle down exclusively into the fetid Lefty fever swamps. These people have preached only to the Lefty converted for so long that they have almost no persuasive skills. Debating a point with someone who disagrees with you has HUGE benefits! Avoid such interaction at your intellectual peril!
