New York Attorney General Letitia James, D-N.Y., allegedly lied to her lending bank, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and a homeowner’s insurance company in the mortgage fraud scheme for which she was indicted in October, according to documents filed with the court.
… James was indicted for allegedly falsifying records in order to obtain loans for the Virginia home that she claimed would be her “principal residence.” When she applied for the loan, she was living in New York as the state’s attorney general, which is still the case.

new, but the fact that Joe Biden was corrupt is coming out in dribs and drabs. He was ALWAYS a corrupt crime boss. We knew he was immoral from the get-go. He cheated in order to win, he sexually assaulted a staffer, and still some people morally sullied themselves by voting for him.
And Joe Biden was a mixture of evil and incompetent. And yet there are people who voted for him…

scandal is growing. Look, Joe Biden will NOT be held responsible. It has long been understood that he is very obviously mentally incompetent to stand trial.
But as someone who has actually done competency-to-stand-trial evaluations for the courts, I can tell you very well that “incompetent to stand trial” does not necessarily mean that the person did nothing wrong.
And Joe Biden is a great example of that. He is FAR too senile to aid in his own defense. There is a TON he no longer really understands. And it is getting worse and worse, and has been for some time. Yet he still did things to benefit his crime family. Was that Hunter or someone else acting through him? We just don’t know.
But let’s not be confused: What he and others round him did was horrible and an affront to fairness and morality. It is absolutely gobsmacking!
If pardoning your own family with an autopen, while letting violent offenders walk free against DOJ objections, is not an abuse of power worthy of impeachment, what is? Biden’s final days in office may go down not just as chaotic but as one of the most brazen scandals in presidential history.
Yes, yes, but I don’t think Biden is now impeachable. He is simply not competent to stand trial, and hasn’t been for years.
