Basically, it’s just a lie. And they are willingly and deliberately ignorant. I’m sorry, but even in a court of law voluntary intoxication is no defense. And voluntary ignorance is no defense, either.
And in this case, such ignorance is sure evidence of bad faith. If you criticize but don’t review the evidence, just shut up about it! You know nothing.
