get a plea deal. And it will be, uh, generous. I very much doubt that it will never go to court and there will not even be prison time.
Such an outcome will prevent actual evidence from coming out publicly. It will spare Joe and the “deep state” MAJOR embarrassment (and maybe other people charged). Because if this goes to trial, discovery is gonna be lit!
So discovery and a public trial will never happen. Just you watch.
