It’s a good move; If DeSantis loses–if this goes nowhere, no one will even remember. We just go back to status quo ante. But if he wins there is a seismic wave that goes across the country and DeSantis virtually for sure goes to the White House.
And it the worst case scenario, discovery is a major PR nightmare for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Almost ALL the possible outcomes are a “win” for Ron DeSantis.
