Oh sure, Phillips mouths the mandatory claptrap about Biden being competent and he is forced to belatedly laud Kamala (in an, “Oh yeah” moment), but his basic message is really quite clear.
Like virtually everyone else, he wants Joe to face competition and he doesn’t think Kamala is a serious contender. Isn’t that what Conservatives have long said?
