Ya think? Biden (we are legion) was just trying to get away with what he could. His cabal certainly knew what they were doing! This is NOT a mistake. It is strategy.
I still maintain that a much broader ruling is required here. For the most part, the vast majority of the government at all levels should never be contacting the social media platforms about any specific content on their sites for any reason. The only exceptions would be law enforcement responding to reports of actual crimes such as child pornography or credible threats of violence to persons or property.
