When asked if they would be more likely or less likely to vote for Trump if he is convicted, 65 percent of voters said it would make no difference, and 11 percent said they would be more likely to vote for him. Even worse for the Democrats, those numbers are mirrored with independent voters. Sixty-three percent of independents said a conviction would make no difference in how they vote, and 11 percent said a conviction would make them more likely to vote for Trump. [emphasis added]
