I think it’s more than a bit Pollyanna-ish.
The author makes a decent case that this forces Republicans to make some politically important choices–the first of which is at least the near-death (and hopefully the complete political death) of Mitch McConnell and his merry band of RINO losers.
This kind of stuff is happening. Good.
That is indeed great. But it also is looking pretty dang hard for the silver lining!
Like ALL things, it is not 100% bad. Sure. But you gotta admit that it is mostly bad. You may make lemonade out of lemons, but let’s not deny that we got a bunch of lemons…
