You can bet that will be an issue throughout the campaign, and maybe a fatal one. And it should. Yes, he got off scot-free (shocker!). But at the price of being judged incompetent.
So what is the truth? He is either incompetent to even stand trial or he should face prosecution. You can pick ONE.
