I think most of us are just sick to death of the flagrant injustice. We’s like to think that the courts are reliable and such, and then things like this happen.
Why on earth did this guy just not recuse himself? Yeah, maybe his judgment was unaffected. Maybe. But it sure stinks to high heaven!
