It’s really not

any surprise.

After selling out West Virginia energy workers by voting for President Joe Biden’s  $800 billion “Inflation Reduction Act” in August, Democratic Senator Joe Manchin has seen his approval rating plummet.

Yeah, that’s what happens…

He thought he could both support Biden and his WV constituency. But he was wrong. Let’s just say that he chose… poorly.

Guys, it

was staged.

Folks, there is no dishonor in being fooled. We pay good money to be fooled when we go to movies and magic shows and such.

But this was ALL a show! And the problem here is that when we are fooled by a magician or illusionist, we know very well that we are being fooled. That guy did not really saw that woman in half.

THAT is the difference between being an illusionist and being a liar and a charlatan. And THIS is the latter…

Thunberg is laughing and smiling, right up until the photographer gets her in the good light and she puts on her trademark How Dare You™ scowl. The police politely wait until it’s time to do their part in the charade, and drag Thunberg off, one presumes, to her next photo op.

Well now,

isn’t THAT interesting? So he knew that the story had to be largely true, but signed a letter saying it wasn’t. So he admits he lied. Gotcha.

A former intelligence official who signed the letter attacking the New York Post story on the Hunter Biden laptop as potential Russian disinformation has admitted to knowing much of the story had to be true and has no regrets about signing the letter at the time.

Yeah, suuuure:

“The letter said it had the earmarks of Russian deceit and we should consider that as a possibility,” Wise told The Australian. “It did not say Hunter Biden was a good guy, it didn’t say what he did was right and it wasn’t exculpatory, it was just a cautionary letter.”

BOTH a liar and a weasel!

Yes. The answer

is YES. And quite obviously so. Qualified immunity is for good faith efforts. Scheming to undermine Bruen is NOT a good faith effort.

Feelings expressed

by a Trump supporter:

I tolerated 44 (Obama) for 8 years and kept quiet. Here is my issue with the whole, “let us all be a United States again” that we heard from Joe Biden.
For the last 4+ years, the Democrats have gone scorched earth. You have salted the fields and now you want to grow crops. The problem is 75 + million of us have memories longer than a hamster.

We remember the women’s march (vagina hats and all) the day after inauguration.
We remember the 4 years of attacks and impeachments
We remember “not our president” and the “Resistance…”
We remember Maxine Waters telling her followers to harass us in restaurants.
We remember the President’s spokesperson being kicked out a restaurant.
We remember hundreds of Trump supporters physically attacked.
We remember Trump supporters getting Doxxed and fired from jobs.
We remember riots, and looting.
We remember a “comedian” holding up the President’s severed head.

We remember a play in Central park paid with public funding, showing the killing of President Trump.
We remember Robert de Niro yelling “F” Trump” at the Tony’s and getting a standing ovation.
We remember Nancy Pelosi tearing up the State of the Union Address.
We remember the total in the tank move by the mainstream media.
We remember the non-stop and live “fact checking” on our President and his supporters.
We remember non-stop in your face lies and open cover-ups from the media.
We remember the President and his staff being spied on.
We remember five Senators shot on a ballfield.
We remember every so-called comedy show turn into nothing but a Trump hate fest.
We remember 95% negative coverage in the news.
We remember the state governors asking and getting everything they ask for and then blaming Trump for their problems.
We remember a Trump top aid verbally assaulted in two DC restaurants.
We remember people banging on the Supreme Court doors.
We remember that we were called every name in the book for supporting President Trump.
We remember that Hollywood said they would leave after Trump was elected but they stayed.

We remember the voter fraud.

I can say for myself, don’t you dare ask for me to “forgive and forget” with no change on your part. Yes, under the right conditions I absolutely forgive–But the first step in your journey of change is for you to admit that you were wrong! Then you need to make amends.

So yes, I will willingly and happily forgive IF the offender makes moves to change. But if the offender doesn’t change, there’s really no need for any further action on my part other than to accept the reality that I can’t change them and that God will eventually judge between us.

Sure, I can forgive in the abstract regardless of whether the offender is repentant. And I think that is psychologically healthy. It’s important for me to recognize that their behavior may indeed be wrong, but also not be personally wrapped around that axle. But remember, to forgive is in no way to justify the behavior!

There just is NO directive (religious or psychological) to justify an unrepentant, still threatening offender in the concrete. There is NO directive for me to pretend that they didn’t do wrong! And forgiveness is predicated on the offender asking for forgiveness.

So I try to forgive even if the malefactor doesn’t change, sure. But they’re no longer my friend.

So until that change of heart happens, it is NOT repentance on their part, but merely the wailing of the damned, trying to escape the consequences of their behavior.

Hmmm…

Stuff is happening.

Still, the concern is that, as in the past (<cough>Hillary!<cough>), there will be a superficial, sham investigation and then the miscreants can say, “I was exonerated!”

I am totally unconvinced that anything will come of it. Oh, it should, but it almost for sure won’t.
