Last month, state Sen. Colton Moore, a Republican in Georgia dared to stand up to Fulton County DA Fani Willis for bringing indictments against former and potentially future President Donald Trump to do with the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia. Days after the indictment, Moore called for an emergency session “to review the actions of Fani Willis” in bringing the charges. He also circulated a petition. Not only Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) reject that call, but Moore has now actually been removed from the state Senate GOP caucus. 

“I stand by my Republican principles. I stand by the Republican platform. I will continue to serve as a Republican Senator from the great state of Georgia. Unfortunately, now I will be forced to refer to my colleagues, who ran on being “Trump conservatives,” as the RINO caucus,” he added. “The people of Georgia are 100 percent with me. This is the fight of our lifetime, and I will continue to double down to defend the rule of law and do what is right.”

The House voted late Tuesday evening in favor of legislation striking down the Biden administration’s decision to block federal funding for school shooting sports courses.

… In the guidance, obtained first by Fox News Digital, senior agency official Sarah Martinez wrote that archery, hunter education and wilderness safety courses use weapons that are “technically dangerous weapons” and therefore “may not be funded under” the 1965 Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), which is the primary source of federal aid for elementary and secondary education across the country.

Hold on to your Civil Rights, because “Biden” will strip you of them if at all possible!

As Glenn Reynolds said, the truth is fatal to the Left. THAT’s why free speech and logical argument are anathema to the Left!

interesting! Bottom line: If you are going to protest the government (as is your constitutional right), just be aware that there will be Fed spies and provocateurs in your midst! They will infiltrate your group and then cause YOU to be illegally detained for years.

There’s a lot about the riot that Democrats simply don’t want us to know, and when we’ve managed to learn a few things that are, shall we say, not good for the preferred narrative, they get dismissed as conspiracy theories.

… How many FBI agents and informants were there, and did they instigate the violence? Did they try to stop it? We don’t know, but previous reports have suggested they have been instigators. But one thing is for sure: there were far more there that day than we previously thought.

Attorney General says he won’t defend Grisham’s anti-gun nuttiness! She’s on her own. NO ONE has even said they are willing to actually enforce her utterly foolish diktat. She is unhinged.

And NO ONE should obey such an obviously unconstitutional power-grab. Two words: IRISH DEMOCRACY. That is where people simply ignore what the despots are shoveling out…

This afternoon, however, New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez delivered the latest body-blow to the Governor’s authoritarian tendencies by announcing in a letter to Grisham that his office will not be defending her in court.

The AG said: “Simply put, I do not believe that the Emergency Order will have any meaningful impact on public safety but, more importantly, I do not believe it passes constitutional muster.”

…. She’ll [Grisham] no doubt get offers of pro bono help from like-minded law firms, but Torrez’s announcement is a very public rebuke — this one from the state’s top law enforcement officer — and the latest humiliation for the hapless Governor following her disingenuous, half-baked, unconstitutional order.
