I think Megyn Kelly is wrong. There is not a single Biden voter out there who didn’t already know that Biden is senile and incompetent. They already know, but they are voting for him anyway! His gaffe makes NO difference to them–it is already “baked into the cake,” so to speak!
I think the crowd who didn’t already know Biden is a senile, evil buffoon is vanishingly small. And they will vote for him, anyway. This is NOT an intellectual issue–it is a tribal affiliation issue!
