OK, I have tried.
I have tried to trust him. And Lindsey Graham 2.o was looking pretty good. I liked 2.0 pretty well.
And while he might say the right things once in a while in the future, I will now never trust him. He will, in actuality, always be Lindsey Graham 1.0 at heart. He is and always was a despicable RINO.
I am offended by him lying, his bald-faced dishonesty. I guess that is a definitional part of being a RINO (see: Mitt Romney).

The Democrats are unable or incapable of running on their accomplishments. Their economic agenda is discredited among voters grappling with inflation. Their traditional advantage on education has narrowed because of parental fury at school closures, mask rules, confusing COVID guidance, and politically correct school boards. The Thursday poll found that Biden’s approval rating is sitting at 38%, with 57% disapproval. Those numbers are down from March when Biden had a 39% approval and 54% disapproval. Monmouth also found that just 18% of Americans say the country is on the right track.
Let’s just say that those are NOT winning numbers. And unless Democrats find a way to cheat (and they indeed might), they are going to get TOTALLY creamed in November. Very much unlikely, but Republicans could get a 2/3 majority in both houses, sending “Biden” back to the land of misfit toys, and making him congressionally irrelevant.
