energy products in general are eventually doomed. Yes, it would be great to have unlimited power for little overall cost.
But there IS no “Sorcerer’s Stone” that gushes money; It’s an escapist fantasy to think we can spin straw into gold. Like in centuries past, alchemy just won’t save us! And we would be wise not to put our eggs in that particular basket.
And make no mistake, these “green” dreams are ALL just modern incarnations of alchemy. It won’t work, you know. Don’t believe in fairy tales…
