President Biden showed his age at a campaign reception in Manhattan Wednesday — repeating statements about the 2017 Charlottesville riot and his decision to run for president in 2020 minutes apart and nearly word-for-word.
… A wopping 77% of Americans feel that Biden is too old to effectively govern if he wins a second term in office, according to an Associated Press-NORC poll released in late August.
Monday’s CBS Mornings decided to do its best David Ignatius impression by providing their liberal viewership with what could only be described as flashing emergency lights in the form of CBS’s latest polling showing that not only did former President Trump have a one-point national lead over President Biden, but it showed only 34 percent of voters believed Biden could finish a second term (which would end in 2028).
… In the graphic but not in Cordes’s voice-over, another 44 percent of voters believed Biden would quit before the end of a hypothetical second term whereas only 16 percent see it as a possibility for Trump.
Grim. Grim for the foam-flecked anti-Trump crowd.
And is this “battlefield prep” for a Biden withdrawal? You know he is legally hosed if the next President is a Republican, right? I mean, look at what the House alone is doing!

… Watch as his staff cuts off the press conference even as he’s still answering a question from the podium, that’s how bad it was going. I don’t think I’ve seen this before, cutting him off mid-word. The staff knew that he was completely off the tracks at this point, and they moved to step in. Then they play music to get him off the stage and cover up anything he might be saying.
It is NOT just embarrassment, here. This is a national security issue. When the world keeps seeing what a doddering, senile old fool he is, it emboldens our enemies and discourages our allies!

Mark my words: Biden will never get on a debate stage with Trump. I just don’t think it will ever happen. Oh sure, there will be a lot of excuses about how Biden won’t “dignify” Trump by debating him. But of course the truth is he can’t.
It’s like Leftists usually are. They often say, “I won’t argue with you and increase the conflict.” But the truth is they can’t logically defend themselves and they are just running away! They are cloaking themselves in the empty garb of politeness, but it is really just a covering for their intellectual weakness.

I think the bottom line is that Joe Biden just no longer has the stamina to be President. If people are honest with themselves, he hasn’t for nearly a decade.

Social media critics tore into President Biden on Wednesday after the president compared a small fire in his home to the destruction wrought by the natural disaster in Hawaii and Hurricane Idalia going on in Florida.
… GOP comms person Matt Whitlock posted, “Oh my gosh he did it again. Days of terrible coverage for comparing almost losing his car to a wildfire that killed over a hundred people with hundreds still missing …. and he just did it again.”
… In his post, Atienza wrote, “The fire department said last year the fire was insignificant. The article he shared with it stated, “This story, while containing an element of truth, embellishes what actually occurred. The fire, which was caused by lightning, was contained to the kitchen and was under control within 20 minutes, according to a 2004 Associated Press report.” [emphasis added]
The problem is that Joe Biden has always been chronically dishonest. But now there is also the very prominent senility, so Joe thinks of something fantastical and it seems true to him. And yes, those things are self-aggrandizing. But THAT is because self-aggrandizing things are what naturally come to his mind!
