You don’t stop

having American civil rights just because you crossed state lines!

If anyone SHOULD

carry a gun, it is law-abiding black people!

The demographics of those receiving licenses have remained relatively the same, except for Black Texans. The number of Black Texans issued gun licenses rose steeply throughout the last seven years, going from 24,758 in 2016 to 28,359 in 2018 and then surging to 58,858 in 2020.

When the prosecution

destroys potentially exculpating evidence, charges are dismissed. So, will the charges against Trump and ALL the Jan. 6 political prisoners be dropped?

I’m no attorney, but this seems to be a fatal blow to the case.

Gotta admit,

I’m a sucker for a story with a happy ending!

Civil Rights Corruption Evil

It is just

unreal. I don’t care if you are Republican, Democrat, or Independent. Regardless, do you care about civil rights and freedom?

This has become a moral issue. And you can gauge your own morality by YOUR response to it. This goes far beyond party affinity!

YOU need to decide who you are and what you stand for.

On Thursday, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), who leads the House Judiciary Committee, released internal Facebook emails that show the Big Tech platform was explicitly pressured by the Biden administration to take down specific posts that the president’s allies disliked.

… The congressman brought receipts. He released one email from April 2021 in which a Facebook employee writes that employees “are facing continued pressure from external stakeholders, including the [Biden] White House,” with the White House even asking them to take down one specific meme.

… Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) asked , “When will the first brave Democrat step forward to condemn this violation of the First Amendment?”

Wow!

NICE!

Another defeat for Biden’s war on guns always gets the week off to a good start. On July 1, a Federal District Judge threw out the ATF’s “frame and receiver” that bans so-called ghost guns. The ATF asked the Fifth Circuit to stay the District Judge’s order, allowing them to enforce the ban while the case is being decided. Today, the Fifth Circuit told the ATF to pound sand.

Be aware:

This is the way.

Ohio higher education employees “will face personal risk” if they violate the Supreme Court ban on considering race during admissions, state Attorney General Dave Yost wrote in a recent letter.

Look, if YOU deprive me of my civil rights, YOU are liable. “Just following orders” is no defense!

When there is personal risk, people are FAR more careful…

You know what

you get when the gov’t doesn’t keep people safe and enforce the law equally?

Vigilanteism.

I’ve said this many times before, and it is still true. Lack of enforcement and partial application of justice based on “nobility” leads inexorably to Vigilanteism.

And Vigilanteism is much more prone to mistakes. Far better to have civil rights and an effective, fair, and impartial police and justice system. Because when you don’t have that, you get vigilanteism.

Hunter and Hillary skating damages everything! Not because the system is not robust enough to absorb an accidental injustice here and there, but because these cases assault the very foundation of justice itself!
