I think there’s no question that this whole thing is legally dubious, at best. But Bragg is both a spittle-lipped partisan and a doof who is as thick as two short planks!
BUT, remember. This whole thing is not ultimately about getting Trump (though a lot of slobbering Lefties would be over-the-moon if that somehow happened–See: Wile E. Coyote). He’s just an example, a warning.
