Don’t be fooled by their Lefty claptrap: These guys are naggy and self-important Robber Barons.

For the rich hippies, disparaging the very nation, principles, and economic system that made them rich is the fairy dust that makes their fans believe they’re still down with the struggle. The illusion must be kept strong via any means.

… Here’s an idea: let Ben, Jerry, and the rest of the rich Hitler Youth hippies give ALL of their money to every oppressed-by-the-Founding-Fathers group they can find. Two white hippies who have amassed that much wealth should surely want to give it all away and show their sincerity, right?  I mean, capitalism is evil, isn’t it? Your ill-gotten wealth is in serious need of a redistribution, Woodstock Boys.

It’s not really

much of a surprise. Here’s a lesson that Lefties never seem to learn: Money is like water–it always flows in the path of least resistance. water just doesn’t flow flow uphill. That is NOT how the physical world works.

We can rigidly hold to some belief that water should flow uphill, and indeed there are ways I can temporarily force it to do so (like a siphon). But all my quibbling aside, water will flow downhill.

The Mendelian Spousal Unit (MSU) had a geology professor in college. He was frequently hired by construction companies to consult on geological issues they faced.

He had a saying–Nature will always re-establish the slope. Yes, you can build on that hill and buttress the house with retaining walls and such, but understand well that eventually nature WILL re-establish that slope. That house is inherently unstable, and sooner or later it will come down.

“Look at all that profit you’ve made over the decades with your ice cream company that sits on stolen land. When [are] you handing it all over to the natives along with all the property and assets you’ve accumulated along with your wealth?” another user wrote.

can’t manage a debate. He doesn’t have the intellectual wherewithal to do so anymore.

Mark my words: There will be HUGE Lefty efforts to prevent Biden from debating at all–and of course it will be Trump’s fault, they will say. Trump is just too uncouth for Joe Biden to engage. I would be shocked if Joe did it even once.

See, THAT is already the Lefty script. You’ve seen it in other races. You’ve even seen it on this very blog! This is the Lefty way: Never actually debate ideas–you could lose. Better to run screaming away than to get beat down in a logical argument (and admit fault and have to change), Lefties say. Because there IS no change without first acknowledging that there is a fault! Step one, Lefties!

So there is this pervasive “mold” of Lefties running away from any defense of their ideas. And those ideas are so closely tied to a sense of self and self worth that anything that puts those ideas at risk is potentially an existential threat.

Is it cowardice? Well, sure it is, but that misses their strategic point. Their point is to never wrestle with difficult issues–and certainly not in front of someone who disagrees with them, thus preserving self-image!

And being correct is a core attribute to the Lefty personality. So to protect their (rather fragile) sense of self, it is crucial that they never argue. Thus, running away makes perfect sense.
