blackmail to get what he wants.

In the fall of 2022, a notable shift occurred in Hunter Biden’s legal battle. News had leaked that federal agents believed they possessed sufficient evidence to charge Hunter with unlawfully acquiring a firearm while being a drug user. According to a report from Politico, on Halloween, Hunter’s lawyer Chris Clark, furious over the leak, used the threat of calling Joe Biden as a witness if U.S. Attorney David Weiss charged him with the gun crime.

… In short, Biden’s legal team effectively pressured the DOJ to kill the gun charge by forcing a constitutional crisis by placing the president in direct opposition to his very own Justice Department. “This of all cases justifies neither the spectacle of a sitting President testifying at a criminal trial nor the potential for a resulting Constitutional crisis,” Clark wrote.

It’s very clear from the memos that when Joe Biden pressured Ukrainian officials to fire Shokin, he wasn’t acting on behalf of the administration, he was doing so to protect himself and his son Hunter, who allegedly were bribed five million each to protect Burisma.

Joe Biden has reportedly used several pseudonyms during his vice presidency, preventing members of Congress from identifying him in correspondence involving Ukrainian energy company Burisma, Ukraine foreign policy, and his son Hunter Biden.

Welcome to the world of politically corrupt prosecutions, Mr. Clark. Weiss was apparently happy to bury Hunter Biden’s crimes on behalf of Joe Biden as long as the machinations took place in the dark. Once the IRS whistleblowers shone a bright light on them, though, the roaches scurried for cover.

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) demanded Thursday that the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) hand over all documents and communications in which then-Vice President Joe Biden used pseudonyms such as “Robert Peters,” “Robin Ware,” and “JRB Ware.”

Biden needs to

cut Hunter loose for PR purposes. He needs to stop with the smarmy, crap-eating Hunter defenses. Because the “stink” is getting on him. And it is opening him up to more scrutiny.

But he probably won’t. He has already committed to a course of action, and if he changed now it would very naturally provoke the question, “Why are you doing a 180-degree about-face?” To change is to admit that there was a need to change. It is a de facto sort of mealy-mouthed confession.

So Joe will white-knuckle this thing out. He charaterologically is simply unable to do otherwise.

It’s like Bud Light. If right at first they had said, “We were wrong, and we have fired the person responsible. We apologize for offending our customers and we have taken measures that such a travesty will never happen again. Please, accept our apologies.”

See, if Bud Light had done that right at first, they never would have lost tens of billions of dollars. But by refusing to apologize, they have become a punchline. And lost their market dominance.

Joe Biden is similarly in danger of becoming a sick punchline, a walking example of corruption and dishonesty. Will he continue to make the same mistake? Almost for sure, yes.

And even if Joe were to apologize tomorrow, it would be rightfully seen as mere political exigency, not a heartfelt mea culpa. So I guess we are a little late for a Joe Biden apology. That ship has sailed…

I don’t believe for a second that this will be a fair investigation. The Special Counsel is meant to cover up the evidence, clear the Biden cabal, and apply a patina of legitimacy to the whole event.
